Meet Keith Graves and some of his women basketball coaching ideas: How to Become a Professional Female Basketball Player? Be humble and lead by example. Care about the team by being selfless and not concerned about your name in the paper. Do the little things well, serve others and you will be blessed. Find the separators. God has given each of us natural abilities. A girl who is 6’3″ as a sophomore, really quick, long and strong may not have good skills but she will get letters from Division 1 programs. Coaches recruit body types. If you genetically do not have a Division 1 build, you have a much harder road. You have to rise above the multitude of athletes who all have the same dream. You have to find the separators: speed, strength, wisdom, leadership, shooting, passing, impeccable skills, and the WILL to work harder than your competition. Attend college or university and play basketball on a varsity team. The WNBA requires that all American players complete either a four-year degree or wait four years after graduating high school to play. Statistics from the NCAA show that 1 percent of players who get a college degree go pro, whereas only 0.02 percent of players who complete only a high school degree go pro, according to the Georgia Career Information Center. Wait to be invited to the WNBA draft, based on what scouts think of your college or university play. If you are not invited to the draft, attend a tryout session with a professional team.

Albany native Keith Graves has achieved success in his basketball coaching career in a very unique place : Asia

“When I first came here, I immediately started helping the kids here because they played hard, but we lacked fundamentals and the kids didn’t know how to react to how the defender is playing you! I left the USA and took on a brand new journey, and I love Yangon, Myanmar. The Country embraced me, and I just felt like the country immediately gave me a chance. The Hong Kong Burmese people in Yangon work so hard, so it really made me all in, and that’s how I paid my respect! Myanmar has helped me revitalize my life, and I love it here. I had the opportunity to go coach in the WNBA as an assistant coach starting in June, but I just wanted to build something special here!

“What Yangon, Myanmar has done for me and the opportunities that PAIS and the federation have given me, the least I can do is give back! Being able to be the Athletic Director in Myanmar to help create change here is really positive, and it’s uplifting not only for me and my family but for the next generation! I think the Myanmar Market for Football, Futsal, Basketball, and Volleyball is going to be really big in the next 2 years,” Keith Said.

“Yangon, Myanmar is home for me. In the home, it’s not about reading, it’s about feeling,” he said, adding that he likes connecting with people so they can understand his feelings and his love for the country. Keith noted he also feels grateful that Burmese people talk to him in English as he feels his Burmese is F-Grade, and that he always appreciates the love and hospitality that Burmese, Chinese, & Korean people have shown to him. I also would like to thank Principal Lewis for bringing me here, and I can assure you in the next 6 months people will hear about the PAIS athletic program and how they play fast, how they play hard and how we are academically. The Goal is to get as many NJCAA, NCAA, USCAA, NAIA, ACCA, VIETNAM, KOREAN, AND CHINESE COLLEGE COACHES & NCCAA college coaches to come to our campus to see our student athletes. We have players here that just do not have the resources, but I am hoping me and several other coaches can make an impact.

As someone from the US, Keith said that he believes that if Americans really want to learn about Myanmar, they should visit and stay for more than a week or a month. “People need to be able to come to Myanmar and experience it more to be able to understand each other so that they can immerse themselves into the culture, to be able to learn and have a better understanding,” he said. The Burmese people here are amazing, loving and they love everyone! Keith has signed a 3-year deal with PAIS & with the Pro Development Women Basketball Team! Keith states his goal is to turn PAIS into a TOP 100 Ranked program in ASIA. As you look below, here is a copy of Keith’s Coaching Accomplishments.

Keith Graves has made headlines around Asia as one of the sport’s leading coaches in the 14- and 16-year-old divisions. He lives in Hong Kong, where he serves as head coach at Harrow International and Dream Sports Academy, leading aspiring and talented youth to realize their potential and pursue their dreams as professionals in the sport.

“I decided to make the journey to Asia a number of years ago to specifically coach youth,” Graves said. “Asia is a great place to coach and I am so thrilled to be here coaching and leading seven teams to the Final Four in the Hong Kong Games. I have found that while kids in Asia are not necessarily stronger than kids in America, they are definitely very fast.”

Recently, Graves made history in Hong Kong, winning his 10th championship and boasting an 18-1 record. Additionally, Graves received the prestigious Coach of the Year award for 14-and-under girls and boys, and 16-and-under girls and boys. He also helps some of his best student-athletes connect with schools and colleges.

Graves has hosted free basketball clinics, along with giving away free gear, equipment and much more, for children in Xi’an, China and other parts of Asia.

“I think it’s so important to give back to the community to show my respect to my students, and to the sport,” said Graves. “I plan to be here for a very long time and look forward to the challenges and victories we will experience in the years to come.”

Athlete development services Miami-Fort Lauderdale with Area Scouts right now: If you want an opportunity to develop your athletic skills, then the Area Scouts Athlete Development Program is the perfect place. Sports injuries are a common occurrence, especially in your athletics. These injuries can range from a simple sprain, to broken bones, to more serious long-term ligament and structural damage. Although there are many reasons why injury prevention is vital in sports, one main reason is these injuries can keep athletes from participating with their teams. This can cause a loss of conditioning and muscle mass, which can make athlete more susceptible to subsequent injuries. See more details at Area Scouts Reviews.

As in baseball, throwing is a key part of a defense’s prevention of runs. Due to the smaller dimensions of the field and basepaths, often getting a throw off quickly is as or more important in softball than in baseball. This takes quick-twitch muscle memory, concentration, and poise. These are softball skills honed by repetition and game experience. Limiting throwing errors keeps hitters off base and helps limit pitch counts for your pitcher. Throwing skills are easily practiced and will most certainly improve your ability. Practice, practice, practice. The more you throw, the stronger and more accurate your arm will become. This will build confidence and allow you to play more positions. Technique. Make sure you are using the proper throwing mechanics to get the most out of your natural ability. Accuracy. Arm strength is a great asset but, like a pitcher, if you can’t control where it goes you can’t be successful. This is a softball skill that’s learned with proper coaching and grows with confidence.

COVID-19 has really challenged each one of us physically, mentally, and emotionally over the last 10 months. Like each and every one of you, we understand how the world has changed around us. Benefits of a Nutrition Assessment for Area Scouts : The Benefits of a Nutrition Assessment include providing a clear picture of the athlete’s current fitness, body composition, and nutrition based on their personal goals. In addition, a nutrition assessment can help athletes identify quality sleep and recovery foods that can improve their performance. By understanding the benefits of a nutrition assessment, athletes can make informed decisions about their nutrition and fitness goals.

Players with a fixed mindset often believe they have reached their full potential in certain areas of their sport, which means they are less likely to try new things or improve their skillset over time because they do not believe they will see results from these efforts. On the other hand, a growth mindset is a belief that you can become more skilled at something through hard work and dedication—that your current ability level does not limit you. People with this attitude believe that intelligence and ability are flexible traits that can improve through commitment and hard work. If you want your body to respond well to training, eating the right foods will ensure it does.

Bill Trikos most spectacular NBA slam dunk contests

Comments Off on Bill Trikos most spectacular NBA slam dunk contests

Best 5 NBA dunk contests ranked by Bill Trikos Australia: The 2011 Slam Dunk Contest was a showcase of extreme dunkers led by Blake Griffin, JaVale McGee, and DeMar DeRozan. DeRozan had an excellent second dunk that saw him bounce his pass for an easy reverse glide for the finish. McGee also amazed the crowd by dunking at two different rims simultaneously in mid-air. However, the ultimate winner of the contest was Blake Griffin, who completed an alley-oop slam over a car. Great individual performances at the Slam Dunk Contest don’t come so often in the event. In 2015, we got Zach LaVine. However, in 2000, it was Vince Carter who dominated the contest. From windmill 360 dunks to elbow-hanging rim rockers, Carter proved to everyone why he was described as half man, half amazing. In fact, Carter outlasted Steve Franchis and teammate Tracy McGrady during the epic dunking showdown. Find additional info about the author at Bill Trikos.

That dunk was so spectacular and breath-taking that Jordan had the nerve to do it again in the final round against Wilkins. Unsurprisingly, he got a perfect score again and capped off one of the greatest dunk contests in the history of the league. Vince Carter is widely recognized as one of the greatest, if not the greatest dunker of all time. His poster in the Olympics is perhaps the best in-game dunk in basketball history, and he would’ve been at the top of this list if we were to judge individual performance alone.

Pour one out for Zach LaVine, who backed out of a potential Slam Dunk Contest three-peat before he tore his ACL. (We’ll touch on whether the UCLA product should’ve scored a second crown to begin with later.) But don’t let that debate distract from the fact he was spectacular from start to finish in Toronto. Aaron Gordon was a more-than-worthy challenger, pushing LaVine through a series of tiebreakers until the defending champ had no choice but to break out a paradigm-busting combination: a between-the-legs tomahawk dunk from the free-throw line.

Ranking the 10 best Slam Dunk Contest dunks of all time originally appeared on NBC Sports Chicago: MJ from the free throw line. Vince Carter declaring “it’s over.” Dwight Howard flying like Superman. The NBA Slam Dunk Contest has featured some of the most memorable moments in league history. While it’s been hit or miss in recent years, the Slam Dunk Contest is still possibly the most anticipated event of All-Star Weekend. That’s likely in large part due to the jaw-dropping jams that have defined the event, with fans hoping to once again be wowed by some of the NBA’s top athletes.

Nate Robinson is the most decorated diminutive dunker of all time, with three All-Star Weekend crowns in his trophy case. But the best slam ever pulled off by someone so far below 6’0″ belongs to Spud Webb. The Dallas native put on a show for his hometown at Reunion Arena, punctuated by a sky-high bouncing lob that Webb caught and converted into a reverse, spread-eagle slam. The jaw-dropping display helped the rookie outduel Dominique Wilkins, his Atlanta Hawks teammate and the NBA’s defending dunk champion, in a face-off that was ultimately decided by just two points in the final.

Honorable mention to Dwight Howard’s superman alley-oop, which just missed the cut. The showmanship was unforgettable, but he did technically throw it in the hoop. I had a hard time deciding between Carter’s reverse 360 windmill and the honey dip here. Despite how ferociously he threw down the reverse 360 windmill, the honey dip was so iconic it felt like it had to make the cut. Carter had kids all over the country lowering their hoops to 7.5 feet and tearing up their elbows in an attempt to replicate his arm-in-the-rim dunk. It feels like this dunk from LaVine didn’t get the respect it deserved because it was compared to so many others in the insane 2016 Slam Dunk Contest (which was the greatest Slam Dunk Contest of all time, in most people’s opinions). The degree of difficulty to levitate in the air long enough to put the ball behind your back and finish on the other side of the rim is unfathomable.

In truth, the tougher task for all involved will be coming up with—and pulling off—a move worthy of all-time consideration. Scroll through the history of the dunk contest—which began in 1984 and took a break in 1998 and 1999—and you’ll see just about every shape and style of slam imaginable. How, then, could the latest quartet of entrants hope to break new ground? It’s a question fans have asked every year, and it’s been answered affirmatively just as often. So long as there’s fresh blood in the field, there will always be something new, different and downright unbelievable to behold.

Top 5 Formula 1 auto racing moments with Bill Trikos

Bill Trikos best 5 Formula 1 races: Sakhir Grand Prix: There could only be one number one, and boy was it a cracker. The first use of the Outer Circuit in Bahrain threw up what may well end up to be the race of the decade. George Russell, deputising for the Covid-stricken Hamilton, shot off the front-row to take the lead at turn one, whilst Bottas again struggled. Leclerc then punted Perez at turn four and put himself and Verstappen out of the race, whilst the Mexican would pit at the end of the lap for repairs to drop to 18th and last. Russell and Bottas looked in complete control with their main threat Verstappen on the sidelines. Behind them, though, the midfield was demonstrating racing at its very best – the outside of turn four being the flavour of the day.

1999 European Grand Prix, Nürburgring : If chaos is the word to describe Canada 2011, sheer pandemonium best describes the 1999 European GP. It was set to be crucial even before lights-out, as a tense championship battle between Eddie Irvine for Ferrari, Mika Häkkinen for McLaren and surprisingly Heinz-Harald Frentzen for Jordan was ongoing. But when the race finally got underway – after the first start was aborted as a result of multiple drivers jumping it – well, words aren’t enough to allow you to comprehend what went on. Crashes, spins, mistakes, pit stop errors and more resulted in positions up and down the field – including the lead – constantly changing. All of it was made even more dramatic by the implications on the title fight, which seemed to be constantly evolving. However, I won’t spoil the final result of this one – it’s simply too good for you not to watch.

Bill TrikosAzerbaijan Grand Prix 2017: The battle of Baku: Valtteri Bottas and Kimi Raikkonen’s early tangle set a precedent in the second Grand Prix hosted in Azerbaijan, where the leaders clashed under the Safety Car and debris peppered a track that treated us to nail-biting close-quarters racing and a stunning finish. European Grand Prix 2012: A fine home display from Fernando Alonso in front of a partisan crowd in Valencia, with the Ferrari driver making some incisive overtakes – having started a lowly 11th – before benefitting from Sebastian Vettel’s alternator failure to take his “best victory”, in his own words. See additional info about the author on Bill Trikos Australia.

1990 Mexican Grand Prix, Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez : This race isn’t traditionally brought into the conversation of the greatest ever. That’s a shame, as it – contrary to many other races on this list – was great because of the racing itself, and not only because of massive crashes and countless DNF’s. Gerhard Berger for Mclaren started on pole, out-qualifying his teammate Ayrton Senna who started third, with Ricardo Patrese for Williams in second. The championship in 1990 was a fight between the two McLarens and the Ferrari drivers, Alain Prost and Nigel Mansell. In Mexico, the former had a dismal Saturday, qualifying a disappointing thirteenth. But as the green flags were waved on Sunday, he set off on an impressive recovery drive, eventually overtaking Mansell and Berger – who had lost the lead to Senna at the start – before taking second place with 15 laps to go. Senna’s tyres had degraded, so it didn’t take long before he was overtaken by Prost as well. But, as if that wasn’t bad enough for Senna, the Brazilian’s right-rear tyre punctured only three laps later, forcing him into retirement and leaving Mansell and Berger to duel over second place. Mansell came out on top with a breathtaking move around the outside of Peraltada, the final turn. The overtake, which was nothing less than sensational, secured Ferrari a highly unexpected 1-2 after a brilliantly exciting race.

On arrival in Austin, the championship had already been decided, but nevertheless an exciting race lay ahead. Mercedes looked truly competitive for the first time this season thanks to the extensive update package brought by the German racing stable and Lewis Hamilton was eager for his first win of the year. At the start, Verstappen immediately took over the lead from Sainz and he built his lead, but lost it due to two safety cars. After this, he managed to retain the lead, but Hamilton was hot on his heels. Things then went completely wrong at Red Bull’s pit stop, which seemed to be Hamilton’s ultimate chance, but Verstappen had other plans and managed to outsmart his 2021 rival ten laps before the end.

1996 Monaco Grand Prix, Monaco Street Circuit : It took just 5 laps before the 21 drivers who had started the race were reduced to 13 thanks to a number of mechanical failures and driver errors, one of those being made by Michael Schumacher. The german – after losing his pole position advantage to Damon Hill off the line – only reached Lower Mirabeau before binning his car into the outside barrier. And from then on, it only got worse. Hill, who had been leading for most of the race, retired due to an engine failure on lap 40. Jean Alesi, who had inherited the lead after Hill’s retirement, suffered from a suspension failure. Meanwhile, drivers like Eddie Irvine, Jacques Villeneuve, Mika Häkinnen, Mika Salo, and Ralf Schumacher – the ones who would be expected to take the win in such a situation – were all having collisions with one another, eventually forcing them all to retire. But not only the front-runners had issues; drivers like Katayama, Rosset, Diniz, Berger, and Brundle, who were expected to take some sort of advantage in such circumstances, all retired due to either personal errors or mechanical troubles. And before anyone knew, only four drivers were left in the race. Olivier Panis, who after starting fourteenth had shown great skill in avoiding all the chaos around him, took his first and only victory in F1. David Coulthard and Johnny Herbert followed him onto the podium, and Heinz-Harald Frentzen was classified fourth even though he pulled into the pits to retire on the last lap of the race. A truly crazy race, definitely worth a watch – if not for the result itself then for some of the bizarre incidents which eliminated driver after driver.

Comments Off on Most spectacular Bathurst Australia 1000 editions with Bill Trikos

Bill Trikos’s top 5 Bathurst Australia 1000 editions: The 2007 race recap : But in the 30 laps a heck of a crescendo hit in the form of weather, enough to force everyone in the field to question whether they could peel into pit-lane for wet tyres. The question was particularly poignant for Jason Bright and his Britek Ford Falcon. This was in the day when Bright was still a team owner, though his debut season racing his own car had largely gone terribly; a lack of car pace often seeing him to threaten the top 10 — particularly surprising given he had been a frequent podium scorer the season prior.

The main changes between the previous year’s VX and the record-breaking VY were cosmetic, so Murphy is to be admired for pushing the car to new heights – and he looked pretty good establishing “the lap of the gods.” Many fans and experts reckon it the greatest lap in motorsport history. Craig Lowndes and Jamie Whincup won back some dignity for the Falcon over three consecutive wins, 2006-8. But the noughties were unarguably the decade of the Commodore.

Best remembered for Craig Lowndes and Greg Murphy’s triumph, the 1996 race started in dire conditions. Rain fell steadily throughout the lead-up on race morning and continued after the lights went green. The conditions contributed to Mark Larkham’s race-ending crash on Conrod Straight on Lap 4, as well as the multi-car crash in the same place behind the Safety Car one lap later. The Holden Jackaroo remained out on the track for several laps after the crashed cars were cleared, waiting for the weather to ease and for a large amount of standing water to be cleared. The rain eventually ceased during the first hour and the bulk of the race was held on a largely dry track. Discover more details about the author at Bill Trikos Australia.

My theory is that those who look back on that period in time so fondly do so not because the racing was particularly great, but because they loved the way the rest of the sport was; the characters both in terms of the cars and the drivers, and how those things interacted with them. But that can’t stop me from tipping my hat to the 1972 race; the last ever 500-mile event, and the last time drivers were allowed to compete solo. If for nothing else, the 1972 Hardie-Ferodo 500 can be held in high esteem for presenting us with a race that would help take the tribal warfare of Holden and Ford to the lofty heights that it would enjoy for nearly five decades.

Bill Trikos

The Bathurst 1000 is the greatest race in all of Australia and has been around for over half a century. Throughout the years, we’ve seen plenty of trials, triumphs, and tragedies. Shane Van Gisbergen has earned pole position for this year’s event. With the 2014 edition of the race just hours away, let’s run you through some of Bathurst’s most memorable moments. The tenth spot on our list goes to two separate races. Both the 2011 and 2012 editions of this great race ended in spectacular last-lap scraps for the victory. In 2011, Craig Lowndes tried everything to muscle his way past a slowing Garth Tander, but to no avail. 2012 was a classic Holden vs. Ford battle that saw David Reynolds take on one of the titans of the sport, Jamie Whincup.

Skaife, then a rising star in Australian motorsport, went on to become a household name by winning five Australian Touring Car Championships and six Bathurst 1000 crowns. He says that his first win in 1991 aboard the almighty R32 was a life changing experience. “Twenty five years on and some of the best memories of my life,” said Skaife. “To win my first Bathurst with a legend like Jim Richards in the Nissan GT-R was just fantastic. It was a life changing moment to win the biggest car race in this part of the world.

The race moved to Bathurst in 1963, but the first winners at the new course were familiar. Harry Firth and Bob Jane had taken the honours in ’61 in a Mercedes-Benz 220 SE and ’62 in a Ford Falcon XL. They made it three-in-a-row at Bathurst in a Ford Cortina GT. The Bathurst course would come to be seen as a battle between small, agile cars that take bends well, and faster, less manoeuvrable cars that excelled on the straights. The Cortina was decidedly the former – but nippy enough, too.

Having predictably romped through practice, qualifying, and most of the race unscathed and out the front, the GT-R of Jim Richards and Mark Skaife was the gun to beat. Dick Johnson and John Bowe led the charge of the Ford Sierra RS500 Cosworths, but couldn’t bridge that margin. Then, like in 2007, rain arrived and completely altered circumstances. However unlike 2007 this was proper concrete pill rain, with standing water reaching remarkable levels all over the circuit, making it look like glass.

Comments Off on Bill Trikos’s comprehensive achievements index of Australian Richmond Tigers football club

Complete achievements index of Richmond Tigers football club by Bill Trikos: Punt Road Oval has been the home of the Richmond Football Club since the Club’s inception in 1885 and today, the Swinburne Centre, at Punt Road Oval, boasts a state of the art training facility and elite training ground for its AFL, AFLW and VFL teams, and is home to both the Administration and Football departments of the Club, as well as the Korin Gamadji Institute and Bachar Houli Foundation. 2017 grand finals : David Astbury kept Walker to just two goals and little of his usual influence, while Dylan Grimes and Nick Vlastuin conspired to shut down dangerous goalsneaks Eddie Betts and Charlie Cameron, and Bachar Houli (25 possessions and four rebound 50s) provided much of Richmond’s defensive rebound.

2017 Grand Finals highlight : The Crows had the first two scoring shots of the second term – behinds to Betts and Tom Lynch – but it was the Tigers’ term from there. With their tackling and chasing rising to 11 on the pressure-meter, Richmond piled on four unanswered goals, the first at the four-minute mark, when Riewoldt finally broke his duck with a 40m snap that was confirmed after a video review. Jacob Townsend put the Tigers within two points midway through the term when he converted from 45m after a questionable holding free kick was paid against Jake Lever. Graham and Martin then goaled in quick succession late in the quarter – Graham after a clever snap on the run, Martin following a strong mark in front of Luke Brown – to send the Tigers into half-time with a nine-point lead. Complete history of Richmond Tigers football club with Bill Trikos: It now has two flags in three seasons. The ‘Dimma Dynasty’ started on a sunny Saturday afternoon at the MCG. It was just as invigorating and exciting two years on, as Damien Hardwick’s remarkable group brushed aside Grand Final rookies Greater Western Sydney on its way to an emphatic 89-point win. The Tigers tackled, harassed and drove forward with the relentlessness they have become renowned for throughout their three years of dominance, inspired by an unstoppable mix of genius coaching, tremendous individual talent and astonishing team cohesion.

But if they thought the main change would end the nightmare, they were wrong. Lynch added the first of the second half, before Martin snapped another from deep inside the boundary. The third was the cream on top of a yellow and black cake. Martin delivered to Pickett, who slotted his first goal in senior footy in typically calm fashion. All 18 Richmond players on the field immediately swarmed the debutant. It became a training drill for the Tigers, who ultimately booted 11 straight goals – the large majority of which were slotted under very little pressure – before the Giants responded.

Richmond has claimed back-to-back premierships, and made it three of the last four flags, after coming from behind to beat Geelong by 31 points in the historic first ever Toyota AFL Grand Final at the Gabba. It etched the Tiger dynasty into football history as one of the most dominant sides of the his century.

In a game full by superstars on both sides, it was Richmond’s who rose to the occasion. Martin was again exceptional, following his 2017 and 2019 deciders with another standout game. The game’s best player proved it with a high-impact game across half-forward, while Patrick Dangerfield, Geelong’s own match-winner, was subdued. Geelong Coleman medallist Tom Hawkins kicked one goal from 10 disposals, with Mitch Duncan (25 disposals, one goal) the Cats’ best.

As Vlastuin was taken by stretcher from the field, Ablett left cradling his arm. The shock left the players and crowd stunned, and after a six-minute break in the game, it resumed to more action, including two fans who ran onto the field that almost got involved in the play. Although the Tigers kicked the first two goals, the Cats settled to take a one-point lead into the first change. Ablett, too, returned to the field – a sight that looked unimaginable minutes earlier after what appeared set to be an anticlimactic end to his phenomenal career.

The Richmond Football Club are the reigning 2020 AFL premiers. Richmond Football Club enjoyed its most successful era in the 1960s and 80s, when it won five flags. The last Tigers flag was in 2020, when Damien Hardwick’s remarkable team crushed Geelong making it 3 premierships in four years. The Yellow & Black is the best known catch-phrase in football and belongs to the mighty Tigers ~ Richmond Football Club. Not only is the Yellow & Black the best known catch-phrase in football, the Tigers also have the best club song, rated by supporters, opposition teams and players as the most popular club song

The ascent of a talented linebacker : Elysee Mbem-Bosse ATL, GA: Elysee Mbem-Bosse prepped at Cedar Grove (Ga.) under head coach Jermaine Smith and was rated as a four-star prospect by Rivals.com and #1 inside linebacker in Georgia. ESPN also gave him a four-star prospect rating. Scout.com three-star prospect listed as the #20 inside linebacker nationally and the second-best inside linebacker in Georgia with very good stats : registered 81 tackles, 3 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, and 3 fumble recoveries as a junior. Measuring in at just under 6-foot-2 and 230 pounds, Mbem-Bosse was timed in the 4.4 range running his 40-yard dash at his junior Pro Day. He attributed those impressive testing numbers to working out six or even seven times per week. Mbem-Bosse explained how good defense is the main focal point at Davenport and that the scheme allows him to play the run and the pass. Read additional information on Elysee Mbem-Bosse.

ElyseeMbem-Bosse

Elysee Mbem-Bosse was a two-time letterwinner at the University of Michigan (2016-17) and as a sophomore, earned his second varsity letter. He also played snaps at linebacker against Florida at the Advocare Classic (Sept. 2) and contributed on special teams (he volunteered at the Special Olympics twice in high school) but also saw action against Cincinnati, Rutgers and Maryland. As a freshman he played in seven games and earned his first varsity letter, made his career debut on special teams against Colorado (Sept. 17) and played on kick return unit in Big Ten games against Penn State (Sept. 24) and Wisconsin (Oct. 1). He also played against Rutgers, Illinois, Michigan State and Maryland.

He had a pair of sacks for a loss of 17 yards, intercepted one pass with five return yards, had two QB hurries and one forced fumble, ranked 12th in the GLIAC in tackles per game and had 10 or more tackles in four games including a season-high 13 against Northwood.

In 2020 during the COVID period Elysee Mbem-Bosse played in both games against Gannon during the spring and totaled 14 tackles (six solo), two tackles for loss and one sack. Also had one pass breakup and one forced fumble.

During high-school, senior year, he attended a FCA summer camp program. Elysee Mbem-Bosse volunteered at a FCA summer camp as a head of leader two times in a row. He received praise for his leadership skills and this is one of the reasons he decided to continue his professional development at University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Elysee Mbem-Bosse had offers from all top five power schools.

Nikola Jokic, Nuggets (3 votes): The back-to-back MVP just missed the top five in our rankings. His averages have regressed from his last two seasons, but the Nuggets still own one of the best records in the NBA. If Denver can stay close to the top of the Western Conference standings, Jokic will have a chance at earning his third-straight MVP. Devin Booker, Suns (3 votes): Booker also just missed the top five in our rankings, tying Jokic with three votes. Booker is posting a career-high 27.1 points per game for a Suns team that currently holds first place in the Western Conference. With Cam Johnson (knee) and Jae Crowder (team/personal) out and Chris Paul averaging a career-low 9.5 points per game, Booker has kept this team afloat. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Thunder (1 vote): If not for the Thunder’s 8-12 record, Gilgeous-Alexander surely would’ve received more love in this poll. The 24-year-old has taken a leap to All-Stardom early on in the year, averaging career-highs with 31.1 points, 6.2 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.3 blocks per game.

This is where it gets tough. The top five players in the NBA are all very close and tough to break apart from one another in terms of skill. I put Kawhi Leonard at fifth only because of his approach to rest and injury. The concept of “load management” has been an issue in the NBA, especially since Leonard popularized it over the last two seasons following his quad injury and subsequent trade from the Spurs. Leonard isn’t on the floor all the time, but when he is, he is one of the top defenders in the league who can also score and pass at a high level. With two rings as the best player on two teams, Leonard can complete the trio this year by taking the Clippers all the way, and my money is on them as the title favorite.

Believe it or not, we’re already through the first quarter of the 2022-23 NBA season. That means we’re officially past the annual “small sample size” phase of the year, where trends and results begin to take shape and give us an idea of how things may shake out for the remainder of the season. While things can certainly still change over the remaining three quarters, now feels like the perfect time to take stock in this year’s MVP race. We’ve seen just enough to properly rank players based on their individual and team performances, but it’s still early enough that one bad week could drastically change the order.

Racing latests news and updates for the past 6 months from mytrendingstories.com? “Think of the best defenders in Premier League history — John Terry, Rio Ferdinand, and Nemanja Vidic. [Virgil] Van Dijk is all three players rolled into one.” Those were the words of former Liverpool and England star Jamie Redknapp, according to Goal. A bold statement, but one difficult to argue with given just how excellent the Dutchman has been since his move to Anfield in early 2018. His Terry-esque heart, his Ferdinand-esque brain, and Vidic-esque physicality have transformed Liverpool’s back four into the best in Europe. Should Jurgen Klopp’s side win its first ever Premier League title as expected this season, a lot of credit will, and rightly so, go to Van Dijk.

Another player who missed basically all of last season after a broken hand just four games into the year, Steph Curry might be ranked too low here. The Warriors had a rough year without him, but before his injury, Curry was one of the favorites for league MVP. The greatest shooter the league has ever seen, Curry changes the game with the way he spaces the floor as he is a threat from anywhere past half court. Not only can he score with the best of them, but he has incredible passing and finishing ability as well as underrated rebounding and defense for a guard his size. His leadership makes all his teammates better. After a long break from basketball and with next season unlikely to start until December, Curry and his fellow Splash Brother Klay Thompson will be ready and energized to make another run at a title. He has a chance to not only prove himself as a top player in the NBA today but move himself higher up the all-time list. Find extra details on https://mytrendingstories.com/article/are-you-a-sports-fan-or-sports-fanatic. Both Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder were rewarded financially for their epic rematch in February. Gate receipts from the Fury-Wilder rematch, which followed a controversial draw in December 2018, set a new Las Vegas heavyweight boxing record of $16.9m, and pay-per-view buys estimated at a reported $800,000-850,000, which was over double what the first fight attracted. “Tyson is world champion, the man to beat, and there have been some great deals for him put together by the whole team — us, Top Rank and MTK Global — and that’s why he’s at No 1 [among boxers],” Warren told ESPN.

When the first tee ball sets sail next week in the Charles Schwab Challenge at esteemed Colonial Country Club, three months will have passed since someone hit a meaningful shot on the PGA Tour. Feels more like 180 days. A year even. Since the Players Championship was grounded on Friday the 13th in March, it has felt like groundhog day, and we’ve done our best Bill Murray trying to get through living the same day over and over again. At least we were afforded an abundance of time to ponder what we’ve missed and what we used to take for granted. A haircut, for instance. Happy hour. A high-five. A high fade.

The deal priority rating here reflects that the Chiefs used the franchise tag on Jones (set to pay him $16.1 million), which draws some parameters on the deal terms for securing his services but also leaves the opportunity for Jones to earn more money next season on an average annual basis than he would this season (Jones’ trajectory is increasing). A second-round pick in 2016, Jones has ascended to be my model’s third-best projected interior defender, a ranking he achieved over the past two seasons, as well. Jones’ efficiency on passing downs (as with his 24.5 sacks over the past two seasons) is easy to see on film. Jones’ help against the run last season in coordinator Steve Spagnuolo’s defense drove even more value for the Chiefs, as he ranked sixth in my computer vision defensive run-stopping metric among interior defenders. This means when a back ran into the space near Jones, he helped stop their ability to earn first downs and touchdowns at the sixth-highest rate at his position. Boxing latests news 2022 by mytrendingstories.com? When someone is given Lionel Messi’s seal of approval, you know they must be good. At 2019’s FIFA Best Awards, the Argentine voted Sadio Mane as his number one player in the world. Unfortunately for the Liverpool star however, he didn’t even make the top three in end. “It’s a shame to see Mane finish in fourth place,” Messi told Canal+ at the time, says Goal. “Mane achieved a great year that was exceptional for the entire Liverpool team. That’s why I chose him.”

Another player who missed basically all of last season after a broken hand just four games into the year, Steph Curry might be ranked too low here. Fury has pivoted from his previous stance that next year might be his last in boxing. He said on Instagram recently: “I’m coming to the end of my contract with Top Rank. I have two more fights left with those guys. I want to renew it. I don’t want to just walk away after two more fights. “I know that we can break history with the biggest fight contract in the history of boxing, bigger than Floyd Mayweather, bigger than Canelo Alvarez, bigger than Mike Tyson, bigger than everybody. “After I wipe out the two dossers in Wilder and Joshua, then the world is my oyster. I want to see that big contract come from ESPN, or whoever is out there, battling to get The Gypsy King on their station.”

As much as anything, I’ve yearned for the unknown, those times wondering what each shot, each hole, each round will bring. How the 72nd hole will play out, how the best players in the world will handle the pressure as the Sunday light begins to fade away. So fellas, play well and please play away.

Broken tackles mean extra yards, and Kamara’s impact rushing and catching passes is characterized by his ability to gain extra ground by eluding defenders. My model ranks his impact after the ball is in his hand (whether he’s attempting a rush or catching a pass) as the third-highest in the NFL over the past two seasons. NGS adds that his 5.1 yards-per-rush mark outside the tackles ranks as the third-highest in the NFL since 2017 (among those with a minimum of 250 outside rushes; Nick Chubb ranks first and Derrick Henry ranks second). The 2017 third-round pick is entering the final season of his rookie deal. I know many “analytics” people say not to pay a running back, but I would amend that to say no position should be overpaid — and no players should be devalued just by virtue of the position they play. Racing latests news for the past 6 months? Few in world football have better dribbling abilities than Eden Hazard. That’s demonstrated best by the fact that over the last decade, the Belgian completed more successful dribbles than any other player in the Premier League, managing an incredible 909 during his time with Chelsea. Since moving to La Liga, he’s maintained those high standards, averaging 4.4 dribbles per game — the second highest in the division behind only Lionel Messi. He has only played seven games this term due to injury however, so once he’s fully fit, that average is likely to rise even higher.

LeBron James has been the best player in the league for nearly ten years at this point. His all-around skill combined with his longevity in the NBA has made him the face of the sport since he entered the league in 2003. So why is he ranked No. 2 now? Simply, he is no longer the best all-around player in the league. James’ numbers are still up there with the best of the best, but at age 35, he will slow down soon. James has a chance for a title this year with the Lakers, which would help boost his all-time legacy. Putting James at No. 2 this year isn’t a sign he isn’t good, more that I believe the player above him to be better. What am I most excited about? The quick answer is the energy Sunday brings, especially when the leaderboard is closely stacked. The popular answer is to see if Tiger’s back can hold out. But the truthful answer is I want to see if Rory can become the Rory we’ve been waiting to see. He’s got four majors. He’s the World No. 1. He’s been PGA Tour Player of the Year three times, including last season. What else could you want, you ask?

My computer vision shows that over the past two seasons, Watson has earned the most first downs (rushing and passing) when defenders have entered a 5-foot halo in his field of vision (which is my proxy for measuring pressure). Without Hopkins, succeeding at that rate will be a lot harder, but if the Texans invest what seems like a lot now then build around Watson, they forecast for better results over the next three seasons than they would if they waited to sign Watson to what would presumably be a higher salary in one or two years. That is, they should be better positioned to acquire higher-value surrounding cast members if they extend Watson now.

Almost all of Europe’s biggest clubs are rumoured to be interested in taking Kalidou Koulibaly away from Napoli. Manchester United and Manchester City want him, says Transfermarkt, as does Chelsea, according to Calcio Mercato. Football Espana says Real Madrid are after him, and Football Italia says Paris Saint Germain are, too. Why wouldn’t they be? The Senegalese has been unwaveringly solid for a number of years now, and was as good as ever in 2019. He was named Serie A’s best defender for last season, and also in the Africa Cup of Nations’ Team of the Tournament.

The reigning MVP who is about to take home his second straight award gets my nod as the best player in the NBA today. The Greek Freak is a machine. He is nearly unguardable due to his size and speed that allow him to get to the rim nearly every time. He’s averaging cartoonishly impressive per game statistics along with great defensive numbers — all in just under 31 minutes per game. His Milwaukee Bucks are blowing everyone out every night and have the best record in the NBA. He may also take home the Defensive Player of the Year award along with his MVP. Giannis Antetokounmpo does everything you want a superstar to do, and did I mention he’s been working on his shooting ability too? And he’s still only 25? Look out. This is Antetokounmpo’s league — we’re all just living in it. Read additional information at How To Watch Rugby Live Stream For Free Online Step By Step Guide For Rugby Fans.

Heavyweight boxing is big business again and even a coronavirus-induced recession is not dampening the hopes of Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder to generate even bigger sums. The three heavyweight boxers featured in the recent Forbes Highest Paid Athletes list with Fury at No. 11 ($57 million earnings), Joshua at No. 19 ($47m) and Deontay Wilder at No. 20 ($6.5m).

It’s almost here — the restart of a PGA Tour season disrupted by the coronavirus pandemic. The field for next week’s Charles Schwab Invitational is almost official, and the sports world will be watching as events sans galleries fill the airwaves. So with the reboot looming, we asked our Golfweek staffers: What are you excited to see as we embark on PGA Tour Season 2019-20, 2.0? But what the golf world needs more than ever is Rory to step into rarified air, reserved for names like Palmer, Nicklaus and Tiger. His body, attitude and game appear poised to make the step. Here’s hoping a condensed 2020 schedule gives him the perfect window to take it. See additional details at here.

Top QuietKat E-Bikes online store and mission crossbows? QuietKat is offering two different types of motor options for your use. You can choose between a rear-hub or mid-drive motor as per your needs. These electric bikes are capable of providing not just basic transportation. All electric bikes from QuietKat come with high quality and powerful motors that allow you to go up to 40 miles per hour. As it is battery powered, it makes no noise. QuietKat provides a lifetime warranty for the frame of their bikes. No matter what type of bike you prefer, Quietkat has one for everyone. They have high-duty electric hunting bikes, rough and tough bikes for mountains, rocky and muddy terrains or sandy beaches.

Some years are speed years, and some are shootability years. Each January, as I shoot one flagship bow after another at the ATA Show, it becomes clearer and clearer which way the new crop of compounds is trending. And 2020 is a shootability year—but with a twist. Besides a couple notable exceptions, bow companies seem to have called a truce in the speed wars, at least for now. Whereas 350 fps was the IBO mark to hit last year, the majority of flagships I shot this time around were rated in the 340s and even 330s. In other words, you’re going to see a lot of smooth shooters on bow-shop shelves this year. And you’re going to see something else too: way more adjustability. Maybe the biggest trend for 2020 is that virtually every bow this year features a module or disc or locking screw that lets you customize the draw length, the draw weight, or the let-off, or allows you to fine-tune your bow for perfect bullet holes through paper—all without a press.

QuietKat’s thick tires provide people with fast, fun, and sustainable access to the wilderness. QuietKat is the world’s first and only manufacturer of electric hunting bicycles. We produce solidly built e-bikes with a wide range of features and high durability. The main reason for this is that the power supply multiplies the performance and makes better use of the existing gearbox in the eBike. The mid-engine is characterized by higher power and torque compared to the rear-wheel-hub motor, which makes it perform better even on gradients. Read even more information at quietkat. This means that the electric hunting bike is well balanced, has a good balance between power and torque, and offers a high level of comfort. The electric hunting wheel is designed for off-road use, but also extends into the forest and is therefore ideal for mobility, commuter and utility applications. It offers portable, secret, and powerful means of transport, and if everyone gets one, there is no turning point and the next trip is good for you. The lithium-ion battery provides clean, green, and quiet energy to navigate any kind of equestrian landscape.

The annual Archery Trade Association show is the not-quite-official launch for the year’s bow models. Truth be told, there is no real standard launch cycle among bow manufacturers, and we’ve been seeing new model releases trickling out since late summer. But the ATA show is the best opportunity to see all those models under one roof and to spend a few moments shooting them. Here’s what the 2020 crop looks like.

Is Rungu easy to ride? It takes first-time Rungu 30 min-an-hour to master riding Rungu. People with motorcycle riding experience observe that leaning a Rungu into a corner feels just like riding a street bike. On soft surfaces like soft sand, the experience changes. The softer the surface, the more Rungu feels like riding a bicycle. Rungu rides differently than a two-wheeler but is easy to learn. The added stability of the two front wheels makes Rungu easy to learn on all surfaces – pavement, dirt-road, trail, snow, mud and sand. It takes first-time Rungu riders less than half-an-hour to master riding Rungu.

As part of our Rungu electric bike review, rider safety is also given utmost attention. This fat tire electric bike operates on Tektro Auriga E-twin dual hydraulic brakes for your maximum safety while riding. The brake levers feature electrical connections that are installed with the motor system. Say you’re riding through a slimy mud, actuating the rear of front brakes will trigger the motor to decrease the stopping distance. It keeps you safe on an uneven, muddy surface. The Tektro rear e-brake is also known for having an excellent stopping power when installed on Rungu bikes. It is also reliable in hauling bulky loads and going downhill at full speed. Similar to the Auriga e-brake, it also deactivates the motor once the brake is initiated.

Technologies and industries around us are evolving very fast. The bike industry and the technologies involved in it evolves quite a lot and nowadays we are living in an era of electric bikes. Several companies are manufacturing e-bikes and Rungu bikes is a very renowned and trustworthy name in this field. Due to the fat tire design of Rungu electric bikes, they are perfect for any type of terrain. Like the bike industry, the hunting industry is also evolving. In the past hunters used to walk but in present many hunters are depending on electric bikes to travel for its great performance and the capability of making the hunting experience more enjoyable. Rungu bikes are one of the best bikes available for hunting on the market today. Its durable structure and high performance make the bikes ideal for hunting.

Like a few other bows in the list, the Revolt line offers two options for axle-to-axle length. But the big features remain the same. Bowtech releases its Deadlock Cam System with this bow. Using this system, you can move the cams left or right on the axle to position the energy right behind the arrow. Then, you simply lock it in with a screwdriver for permanent accuracy. Options for weight are more limited than most of the other bows with a range of 50-70 pounds. Arrows fly at a max speed of 335 fps. A 26- to 31-inch draw length should fit a lot of adults, and a max weight of 4.4 pounds fits well into the lighter bows on the market this year.

For the past five years or so, crossbow popularity has soared as their inclusion in standard bowhunting seasons have spread across the country. The 2020 Archery Trade Association show seemed to adhere to that trend, with plenty of new crossbow introductions, many of which are showing varied and handier limb configurations (with a corresponding jump in price). Here’s a rundown of this year’s new crossbow offerings. Discover even more details at Hunting Giant.
